Climping Not much of note at Climping morning, at least nothing I could identify. Distanlty it looked like there was a large movement of auks going east, and a few scoters and divers were spotted, but unidentifiable to me. Later I learnt that c3500 auks were reported going east by the Selsey group. Oddly there wasn't much on the sea at all today, not even a Red-breasted Meganser, although visibility was hampered somewhat by the sun rising in a completely cloudless sky. A couple of Brent Geese were noted, and on the beach there were a few Mediterranean Gulls, 11 Grey Plover, a Curlew, and a few Oystercatchers and Turnstones.  Mediterranean Gulls Mediterranean Gull Brent Goose
