Pagham North Wall

I intended to go to Church Norton for the evening, but with news of a Red-backed Shrike - I've ways wanted to see a shrike of any variety - I headed to North Wall. The bird showed well for the whole time I was there, looking very settled feeding on insects; I think I saw it catch a bee.

I hung around for a little while trying to view the waders but the sun was in an awkward position. It was nice to hear the Wigeon back though, and they look stunning this time of year.
